You may use my graphics for personal use projects only unless you purchase a S4H/Commercial use license. Project ideas include: Craft projects, School projects, Greeting cards, Scrapbooking, Digital Scrapbooking, Printables, Invitations, Cards, Embroidery & Designs, Make stationery, Web pages, Backgrounds, Logos, Candy Wrappers, Decoupage, Stickers, Recipe Cards, Address Labels, Signature tags, Needlepoint, T-Shirts, MySpace layouts, Face Book, Website design, Classroom use, School use, Parties, Parent Teacher Organization.

All purchases must be paid through PayPal or with a credit card. For digital downloading of scrap kits your address and phone number must be verified. E-check purchases are not shipped until payment clears your bank. For money order purchases email me at: QueenBratDesigns@gmail.com

Purchases made are NOT an instant download. I send out all links personally to buyers. My normal hours of business are from 6 am to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. All orders place during those hours will be filled that day. Orders placed during off hours will be filled the next day unless I happen to be online. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays may be delayed in filling, depending on my schedule. All orders are filled as soon as I see them.

Please allow 4-6 working days for your cd to arrive. This may be a bit longer if you live outside of the United States. If after that time you still do not have your cd, email me at QueenBratDesigns@gmail.com. Include your order number and contact info when emailing me please.

E-check orders are NOT filled until your payment has cleared your bank. This may take 7-10 days. I have no control over when your bank sends your payment, so please do NOT contact me about filling the order without payment first. No exceptions!

Commercial use and Scrap-4-hire require a special license. Please email me describing your intentions for use and we will discuss a price. Only items marked for commercial usage may be used without first obtaining a license. These will generally be the designer elements and PSP scripts only.

Normal store hours are from 6am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday. Weekend hours vary. All orders placed before 6 pm will be sent on the day of purchase via email. Please check your spam folder for orders before emailing me. Unfortunately, some email providers will pick up the links as spam. To insure getting your order add QueenBratDesigns@gmail.com to your address book. Orders paid for by e-check will be held until your payment clears your bank. No exceptions!

Refunds on digital download merchandise is only available BEFORE the links are sent to you. Once links are sent no refund is available.

If you would like to use one of the kits for a S4H or commercial use project, you will need to purchase a separate license for each kit. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing the kit for more details. Contact email is: QueenBratDesigns@gmail.com

When using PayPal to make your purchases, PayPal will send me a receipt of your order. On this order form it will tell me if your address has been verified as an actual address. Your phone number is also provided to me. Phone numbers will be called to see if it is your number. I will do a reverse look up to see if the phone number matches your address. If your name, address and phone number can be verified, I will allow digital downloading by you. If they cannot be verified, you will receive a refund of your payment in full. Be sure your information is current on your PayPal account if you wish to download your kits digitally.
